Tony Driscoll
President, Paramount Games Studio, EVP, Head of Corporate Strategy & Development
As President, EVP, Head of Corporate Strategy & Development. Tony brings over two decades of senior leadership experience across gaming, entertainment, and emerging technology, with executive roles at Epic Games, Warner Bros., AT&T, and Disney. As a creative leader at Epic, he launched and scaled the Fortnite Creator Economy and built Fortnite’s IP Partner Program to democratize access to world class IP for UGC creators worldwide. At Warner Bros., he led production technology and innovation across film and television, accelerating the use of virtual production—most notably for HBO’s House of the Dragon. During his tenure at AT&T, Tony drove strategic investments in frontier technologies and played a pivotal role in the Time Warner acquisition. Tony began his career as a Disney Imagineer, designing and building iconic attractions like the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, later contributing to major acquisitions, including Pixar and Marvel, as a member of Disney’s Corporate Strategy & Development team. Tony holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maine, an MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business, and completed postgraduate studies at The Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy at Tufts University. He will also lead Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, Transformation, and Strategic Alliances. In this role, he will shape the company’s long-term strategic agenda and drive high-impact investments, partnerships, and cross-functional initiatives across a rapidly evolving media and technology landscape.

Dan Prigg
Executive Vice President, Head of Games
Dan Prigg is the EVP, Head of Games at Paramount Games. As an industry veteran of nearly three decades, Prigg defines and executes the long-term interactive entertainment strategy for Paramount Games, overseeing internal development, external publishing, and worldwide game licensing to expand franchise reach and grow the games portfolio. Prigg previously served as Executive Vice President and Head of Studio for VR and Interactive projects at Skydance Games. Dan also served as VP of Production at Aspyr Media and prior to that, he worked at Discovery, Inc. as VP of Operations for the new Discovery Kids team.
Throughout his career, he has also worked at a number of notable companies, including Scopely as an Executive Producer, Director of Content Acquisition at Unity, and Director of Digital Distribution for Gamestop. Dan has also served as Executive Producer on many games and bestselling titles for both iOS and Android, including New Yahtzee.

Shawn Kittelsen
SVP, Head of Creative & Production, Paramount Games
Shawn Kittelsen is the SVP, Head of Creative and Production at Paramount Games. As a writer, he is the co-creator of Heart Attack, an original graphic novel (turned live action TV series for Japanese network, Fuji TV) about love, resistance, and superpowers. He is also known for his work as Narrative Lead and Co-Writer of Mortal Kombat 11, MK11: Aftermath, and Injustice 2 for NetherRealm Studios & WB Games. Kittelsen was formerly an executive for Skybound Games, where he developed titles based on blockbuster franchises The Walking Dead and Invincible. His career began as an executive at DC Entertainment, where his portfolio of titles included the Batman: Arkham franchise, DC Universe Online, LEGO Batman, and Injustice.

SVP of Marketing and Communications, Paramount Games
Andrea Silvers Serving as the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Audience Development for Skydance Games, Andrea Silvers is leading the PR and market efforts for VR, interactive, and other multimedia endeavors, including the award-winning title The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners and the highly anticipated Skydance’s BEHEMOTH. She brings 15 years of leadership expertise to Skydance from across tech, the games industry and corporate editorial, stemming from her lead roles at global giants Electronic Arts, Xero and EA Sports. Andrea spearheaded DocSend’s communications plan, laying the groundwork for the development and implementation of its industry-standardizing Fundraising Playbook and Pitch Deck Analyzer, which propelled the company forward to its acquisition by Dropbox. Her expertise and leadership have been instrumental in overseeing the launch of cornerstone products, key workflows, and strategic partnerships with stakeholders and industry influencers alike.

Ray Davis is a seasoned technology executive and engineering leader with over two decades of experience driving innovation across the gaming and interactive media industries. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Paramount Games, Ray oversees the technical vision and execution for the engineering group. His career is defined by a consistent ability to build and scale world-class engineering teams, having previously co-founded and led Drifter Entertainment as CEO, where he focused on delivering complex technical projects and transformative player experiences while building the studio from scratch.
Ray’s extensive background includes pivotal leadership roles at Epic Games and Microsoft, where he shaped some of the industry’s most influential technologies. At Epic Games, he served as the Lead Programmer for the Gears of War franchise, and later also served as General Manager for Unreal Engine 4, helping establish the engine as a global industry standard. During his tenure at Microsoft, Ray contributed to significant platform advancements and engineering initiatives across Xbox, Kinect, and HoloLens. With deep expertise in software architecture, game development, and studio management, Ray continues to be a strategic force in navigating the evolving landscape of interactive entertainment.

SVP of Business Development and Licensing
Kara Bilkiss is a seasoned gaming executive, bringing more than 20 years of experience across XR, PC, console and mobile platforms. Presently serving as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Licensing at Paramount Games, Kara leads business development, licensing and strategic partnerships. Most recently, Kara served as Vice President of Worldwide Gaming Digital Sales - Mobile at Activision Blizzard King, leading go-to-market strategy and digital sales across a multibillion-dollar portfolio, driving record revenues for flagship titles including Candy Crush, Call of Duty: Mobile, Diablo Immortal and Fallout Shelter. Previously, at Sony Pictures, Kara grew the global mobile entertainment business into a top mobile publisher including the launch and scale of Wheel of Fortune and JEOPARDY! on the App Stores. At The Walt Disney Company, she consulted on their enterprise app strategy. Kara holds a J.D. from Loyola Law School and a M.B.A. in International Business from Loyola Marymount University.
